We believe that Yoga is more than just a physical exercise, as teachers we find the most important aspect of being a teacher is keeping our own regular yoga and meditation practice. You will tell the difference when you find yourself leaving class feeling more relaxed, limber, and at peace. All our teachers have taught for at least 7 years.

Michelle feels very blessed to have teaching yoga she does Thai Yoga massage. In her classes you will notice that her knowledge of the body will give you a deeper stretch and a more satisfying release in the yoga poses.

Lea-Ann took her initial training through the Himalayan Institute and has expanded her studies to include Vinyasa and Anusara. She believes that our bodies are the most extraordinary vehicles for expressing the inner beauty that each of us possesses. You will walk away from her class with more understanding of alignment and the feeling of taking your body to a new level of movement and flow.
