Kosha Yoga classes focus on core strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Classes are not heated. All our teachers have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience and/or are Registered Yoga Teachers at the 500 hour level. Through this approach of ease and precision, you will attain a strong sense of comfort and well-being.
