Taught in the Classical Ashtanga Style from the Lineage of Baba Hari Das at Mount Madonna in CA, a six week series.
After you have completed the Meditation I course and have practiced the teachings for three months, you will be ready for this amazing, life-ehnancing meditation training.
Thursdays 7-8:15 pm and Sundays 8:45-9:45 am.
