Kosha’s Yoga in the Park with Gong and Tibetan Bowls was great!

Last Saturday’s Yoga in the Park Littleton at Geneva Park was wonderful! Perfect weather, great yoga, and great accompaniment with healing Tibetan bowls and gong by Ann Martin. Come this Saturday for a healing Nidra yoga class!
